Extremely thankful for CV Tailor for a very last minute tailoring on two pairs of pants before an out of the country trip. They were prompt in letting me know right away if it was possible, squeezed me in (on a very busy schedule pre-holiday) and gave me the perfect cut I needed. Will definitely be back!

I took maybe 15 peices to get altered... from jeans that needed the waist taken in, hem let out, jackets and blazers that were too big, dresses that needed to be taken in. Chula Vista tailor did a poor and rushed job. Not only did they not get my alterations right on half my items, there was another 3-4 item, they just did not even do. They made excuses such as, they needed further directions and they didnt realize the amount of work that needed to be put into one thing. But they didnt call to ask or anything, I just come to pick up mu clothes, take them home, tried them on and there are still pins and saftey pins in 3 or 4 of my items, that they didnt do, but sure did charge me tho. The reason why I had to take my items home was because its a very small shop, no air conditioning and when its 90° outside, its unbareable. The ladies were nice, and did act like they knew what they were doing, but I wont be back, at all. And I think they charge too much. I'd much rather arrange a trip to the fashion district in LA and take my clothes that need to be altered before I go back to Chula Vista Tailor.

I have been coming here for about 2 years. They always take care of my clothes and the alterations and repairs are always perfect. I have been loyal to them because their work is consistent. Always on time, and even if I come in last minute they make it happen. Also! Very good prices!!!! Love all of the people who work here.
